The University maintains several houses and a five-unit apartment complex for lease by faculty and staff.  Faculty housing is primarily intended to support newly hired individuals who are relocating to the area, particularly during their first year of employment. Lease terms may vary based on the needs of the faculty/staff member.

Occupancy fees are adjusted annually based on the policy outlined below. A security deposit of 50 percent of one month鈥檚 occupancy fee is required prior to occupancy.

Occupancy Fees Policy

Occupancy fees are established to recover 大发彩票鈥檚 costs of maintaining properties. 大发彩票 does not make a profit on its rental properties by adding a profit margin to occupancy fees, nor does it attempt to recover the opportunity costs of maintaining rental properties rather than investing the property value elsewhere. In fact, at present, 大发彩票 is minimally subsidizing most occupants by not fully recovering its costs.

Occupancy fees are set annually by the senior vice president for finance. They are determined using the projected costs of maintenance, property taxes and other associated costs.

Five bedroom, unfurnished house with one-car attached garage. Large living room, kitchen, dining room, two baths, fireplace, laundry facilities, and mud room. Heat is village electric. Walking distance to campus. 

36 College Street

Two bedroom, furnished house with two-car attached garage. Living Room, family room with fireplace, den, eat-in kitchen, two baths, and laundry facilities. Heat is village electric. 

55 Hamilton Street house

Three bedroom, unfurnished house with two-car attached garage. Living room with fireplace, kitchen, den, two baths, and laundry facilities. Heating system is natural gas.
